During the "Language of Love" concert tour in England and at the same time as this concert was held at the Music Faculty of the University of Oxford on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, in a ceremony that was held before the concert and hosted by the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Oxford, the "Emblem of the Language of Love" was awarded to Master Shahram Nazeri.
In the first part of this programme, which was attended by students and professors of the University of Oxford and Iranian and foreign artists, Professor Dominic Brookshaw and then Professor Edmund Herzig, both of the professors and members of the board of directors of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Oxford gave a speech, and after these speeches, in recognition of the collaboration and membership in the Language of Love international project, the Emblem of the Language of Love was awarded by Professor Herzig on behalf of the University of Oxford and Mana Naqsh Art & Culture Institute to Master Shahram Nazeri, the chevalier of Iran's music.
In a short speech, Master Nazeri while expressing his pleasure in collaborating on a project about Persian poetry and literature and with the participation of several foreign countries, thanked the University of Oxford, and then performed a concert in company with Mana Ensemble for the audience.
The event was held in the Holywell Music Room of the University of Oxford, which is more than 270 years old and it is said to be the oldest purpose-built music room in Europe, and hence Britain's first concert hall. The performance of Shahram Nazeri and Mana Ensemble in this hall using natural sound was one of the remarkable points of this programme.
