Holding the "Avaz-e Parsi" Concert by Shahram Nazeri, hosted by Mana Naqsh at Chehel Sotoun in Isfahan
Based on its mission regard to introduce and safeguard the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of Great Persia, Mana Naqsh Heritage Institute organized and hosted the "Avaz-e Parsi" concert by Shahram Nazeri on September 7, 8, and 9, 2017 at Chehel Sotoun World Heritage Site of Isfahan.

The "Avaz-e Parsi" Concert by Master Shahram Nazeri was organized and hosted on September 7, 8, and 9, 2017 at Chehel Sotoun World Heritage Site of Isfahan by Mana Naqsh Heritage Institute for Art & Culture. The concert, which grabbed the great attention and interest of the art enthusiast people of Isfahan and music enthusiasts and had more than 1700 audience every night, was held for three nights and was attended by artists, music masters, cultural directors, and high-ranking officials of Isfahan, including the governor-general, mayor, members of the City Council, and director-general of Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Isfahan and also the director-general of the Inscription Office of the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism.
In the first part of the programme, during all nights of the concert, Dr Shahab Nikman, the managing director of Mana Naqsh, as the host and organizer of this concert, gave a speech after the welcome speech. In his speeches, he pointed out that Mana Naqsh's main purpose in holding this concert, while performing a prestigious artistic and cultural programme, is to fulfill the mission of this institute; Identification, inscription, introduction, and safeguarding of tangible and intangible cultural heritage at the national and international level. Then he introduced the tangible and intangible cultural heritage elements which are inscribed on UNESCO's lists and are involved in the Avaz-e Parsi concert, such as Chehel Sotoun Palace, Radif of Iranian music, Naqqali, Zoorkhanei rituals, poems of the Shahnamah of Ferdowsi, and Rumi's poems.
Also, in this concert, brochures about Iran's tangible cultural heritage inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List were distributed among the audience with the aim of awareness raising of people on Iran's world-inscribed tangible heritage. At the end of the speech, Nikman told that more than 120 people collaborated in holding this programme and thanked the producer and the executive team, and other organizers.
In the concert, first, parts of the Shahnamah of Ferdowsi, including the story of the encounter between Kaveh Ahangar (Kaveh the Blacksmith) and Zahhak (Zahhak the Snake Shoulder), were performed with Zoorkhaneh Beat (Zarb-e Zoorkhaneh), and then a selection popular and memorable pieces of music by Shahram Nazeri with the poems of Rumi were performed.
