Alongside the "Night of Friendship" concert, Dr Shahab Nikman, Master Davlatmand Kholov, Dr Ali Ashraf Mojtahed Shabestari, and Dr Mozafar Mohammadi met in Tehran and discussed and exchanged ideas concerning collaboration in the cultural projects of Mana Naqsh Art & Culture Institute, including the "Language of Love" international project, which is being carried out in collaboration with Tajik artists and researchers and the Iran-Tajikistan Friendship Association. Maroof Abdul Rahman, the first secretary of the Tajikistan embassy, Morteza Goodarzi, Dutar player and Khorasan music instructor, and a member of the Iran-Tajikistan Friendship Association attended this meeting.
The "Night of Friendship" concert was held on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Vahdat Hall, Tehran, with the performance of Kholov's music ensemble under the supervision of Master Davlatmand Kholov, with the collaboration of Shahab Nikman. Following this concert, Master Davlatmand Kholov and Kholov's music ensemble also performed concerts on July 11 and 12 at Eyvan-e Shams Hall. In this performance, which was enthusiastically welcomed by the Iranian, Tajik, and Afghan participants, some of Kholov's popular and memorable compositions such as "Door Masho" and "Hilat Raha Kon" with the poetry of Persian poets were performed.
