During the official visit of a delegation from UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) to Iran, Irina Bokova, the director-general of UNESCO, and Dr Shahab Nikman, the managing director of Mana Naqsh Art & Culture Institute, met on Monday, April 28, 2014, in Isfahan and discussed the collaboration and support of UNESCO to Mana Naqsh projects, especially the "Bang of Awe" and the "Language of Love" projects.
A delegation including the deputies and managers of UNESCO, after 10 years since the last visit of the director-general of this international organization, came to Iran on Friday, April 25, 2014, and during this five-day visit, visited Isfahan. during this visit, also, Bokova visited Isfahan's world heritage sites, including Naqsh-e Jahan Square (Meidan Emam) and Chehel Sotoun Palace. This visit had great cultural importance for our country, Iran.
